Abram was very helpful in finding our house. He was laid back while we got the opportunity to look at what we did and did not like. That was quite useful as it was our first home and we really didn't know what we liked. He was helpful in recommending where we needed to be with the lending at what part of the process we were ready for. After we'd look at the home he'd give us a chance to ask questions or even things he thought might look good in a given home. He recommended we look from Granger to Osceola as we'd "get more for our dollars". When closing time came he recommended inspections we didn't know about and it saved us huge on the septic system. And finally I overheard him on the phone right before signing making sure our previous negotiations remained regardless of new valuation on the house.

He explained what he was looking for, little tips and tricks to assess a home on a walk through. He answered my countless questions and was easy to contact and schedule for each new home tour. When the time comes to step into a new home (for a family or next stage in life) Abram will most definitely be the first person I contact.

He did several video walk throughs as we were moving from California to Indiana. Gave us opinions on areas, and house conditions. We made an offer without seeing the property live, hard for us, and just moved in and it is excellent. He was super responsive and knowledgeable. Bottom line would use him again and recommended to others as well.
